NJ SALESPERSON & BROKER PRE-LICENSING
1. 75-Hour New Jersey Salespersons Course: For unlicensed persons seeking a real estate license in New Jersey for the first time. Choose LIVE-ONLINE or ON-DEMAND/SELF-PACED:
2. 150-Hour New Jersey Brokers Course: For actively licensed New Jersey Salespersons with at least 3 years' experience, seeking a New Jersey Broker's License (purchase one module at a time or all at once). All 3 Modules are in On-Demand/Self-Paced format, and must be completed within 2 years:

3. 60-Hour NJ Out-of-State Broker's Waiver Course: For Actively Licensed Brokers in other States, seeking a New Jersey Broker’s License. Both modules are in On-Demand/Self-Paced format, and must be completed within 1 year:
4. 15-Hour Out-of-State Salesperson's Waiver Course: For Actively Licensed Salespersons Seeking a New Jersey Salesperson's License. Course is On-Demand/Self-Paced format and must be completed in 1 year:
CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE)
5. 2027 Continuing Education (CE) 12-Credit Bundle: For all actively licensed NJ Salespersons and Brokers, this On-Demand/Self-Paced Course Bundle satisfies all 12 CE requirements for the 4/30/27 deadline. CE completion is required as a prerequisite to license renewal on 7/1 of odd-numbered years. Licensees completing CE after 4/30 are subject to a fine of $200. The course includes the newest Agency, Ethics and Fair Housing Requirements. NOTE: SLWRERC’s (Referral Agents) are not required to obtain biannual CE Credits to renew their license:
